Every detail is impecable. Very well made and looks very good on the Bar Counter at home. Had an issue with the hydrometer when I received the package but I wrote, and they responded quickly. I have no complains about customer service or product. EVERYTHING SYMPLY GREAT. 2 things to consider that I was looking for and never found. 1- Small internal led lights to iluminate the inside. The display would look even better and you would be able to see your cigars better to chose what to get before opening the door, reducing the time the door is open to prevent humidity to disipate. 2- Option to open the door from right to left. The place I have is on a corner with a wall on the left. It would have been perfect to have it opening towards the wall and display wise is also better because you would not see the hinges since they would be on the left, against the wall. I really looked around and no Humidifier would offer that. Overall GREAT, would recommend 100%, would by again? simply YES

I am changing my review to 5 stars. Original review below. I had great experience with the customer service. They went out of their way to make sure the product worked as needed and to my satisfaction. I would 100% recommend the product and more importantly the seller. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The cabinet itself seems to be well made. I have a calibrated hydrometer and the inbuilt hydrometer is wildly off. Worse I tried to prime it with the instructions but they don't tell you how to adjust the hydrometer. I tried a few times with the buttons in the back and one of them broke after trying a few times and nothing happening. The small stands at the bottom are not even and are wobbly. I unscrewed them so I can sit it level on the shelf. Overall I like the look and the concept but I don't think it will work for the intended purpose.

I ordered the product it arrived the hygrometer was damage sent it back new one came same broken piece I don’t recommend

Hygrometer didn't fair well through shipping. Drawer cracked on install, and is now completely broken. Other than that, it's a nice looking humidor. Not solid cedar, thin veneer. Looks great until you notice the broken part.
