I bought this as a gift for my fiancée, but I probably use it as much as she does. We have been very happy with it. It does take some time to warm up the towel, so when you plan to take a shower, put the towel in it well ahead of time. It works better if you loosely bunch up the towel rather than putting it in while it's still folded. You want as much of the towels surface area to be touching the sides of the warmer's interior as possible.

I do love the towel warmer buutt and it's a "big but" (haha), it's not for larger towels. You'll have to set the warmer far before you shower because it does take a while to get the towel warm, you'll have to take the towel out mid stream and flip it to warm the whole thing so that you don't have a half cold towel. So, if you are a lover of bath blankets like me, you'll have to get a larger unit. This may warm an average towel but any larger and it's iffy...very easy to use, but underperformed for my needs. The description should definitely reflect largest towel size for the unit

I was sent the larger towel warmer in place of the small one I ordered. I ended up returning the larger one because we had no where to store it with the increased height. We did try out the operation to see if we should try and get the correct product.

Overall it was a pretty nice product. It easily fit two normal sized bath towels. A full 15 min was needed to get the towel warm enough to retain any heat once removed. The few times we used it, it produced a hot plastic smell. Not sure if that would go away with continued use but it was strong enough to dissuade daily use. The towels did come out nice and toasty.

After our quick trial run, we returned the larger model. I tried for an exchange but somehow Amazon couldn’t deliver. I would have had to reorder at a new price of of $115 (an increase of $15) and lost out on a $5 coupon. With the price change and our experiences in the quick test run, we decided it wasn’t worth the order. Had we received the right product for the right price we would have kept it and I’d give it a 4 star rating.
