I bought this children’s play tent for my kids for Christmas, and it has been perfect! The quality is excellent, and the design is super cute—my kids absolutely love it. It was a little tricky to get the fabric zipped over the poles with just one person, but with two people, it was much easier to assemble.
A few months later, my kids accidentally snapped a few of the poles during rough play. I didn’t want to purchase a whole new tent as the fabric on this was perfectly intact, and not all the poles were broken. so I reached out to the seller to see if it was possible to get replacement poles. They responded very quickly, kindly asked which pieces I needed, and sent the new poles right away—for free! I was genuinely surprised at how smooth and easy the process was. Their customer service was amazing—kind, responsive, and so helpful.
