This product comes with instructions which label all parts and walks you step by step on how to assemble the cart. I was sent a note by the seller (before I received the cart) which told me not to fully tighten the bolts until the cart was completely assembled. I believe this was good advice, but I usually don’t tighten all the bolts/screws until I complete small projects, like this. The cart rolls easily but I am not storing real heavy items in it. However, it could probably handle some heavy items. The material is quite sturdy and fairly attractive for a cart. This rolling cart (with the ability to lock two wheels) is just right for my purpose.
